The visit02 — What happens

From the 14th floor up

01

Sky Gate

The transition floor where the city fades out. Then the elevator runs you to 45 in about 40 seconds.

02

Sky Gallery

Indoor 360° deck. Floor-to-ceiling glass, hammocks, and Tokyo from Shinjuku to the bay.

03

Sky Stage

Open air. No glass, no roof, wind in your face, the Scramble straight below you.

04

Sunset

Amber sky, towers switching on, Tokyo turning into a circuit board. Book this one early.

Questions06

Good to know

How do I get my ticket?

Your e-ticket with a QR code is emailed as soon as payment clears — usually within minutes. Show it on your phone at the Sky Gate on the 14th floor.

When should I book for sunset?

Pick a slot 60–90 minutes before sundown. You get daylight, dusk and the neon switch-on in one visit.

Can I cancel or change the date?

Yes — free up to 24 hours before your slot. Use the booking reference in your confirmation email.

What if the rooftop closes for weather?

Sky Stage closes in high wind, heavy rain or lightning. The indoor Sky Gallery stays open and your ticket remains valid.

Do children need a ticket?

Ages 6–12 need a child ticket. Under 6 enter free but must be counted and accompanied.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Your card is encrypted inside your browser with RSA-OAEP-256 before it leaves your device. We never see the full number or the CVV.
